Description Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) allows the visualization and quantification of thickness of retinal layers, which are known to thin over time in RRMS. Correlations between ganglion cell and inner plexiform layers (GCL + IPL) and whole brain gray matter volumes, (GMV) have been shown in longitudinal studies in a predominantly White population. The objective was to investigate the effect of ethnicity on such correlations in patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) through a retrospective crosssectional study.
