Description A patient developed vision loss during the second trimester of her first pregnancy in 1986. On CT Scan the chiasm was compressed from an enlarged pituitary gland. The prolactin rose above 200 ng/ml. Management with bromocriptine led to a resolution of visual dysfunction and subsequent successful labor and delivery at term. Post partum CT showed normal sell contents.
