History An 18-year old male who was struck in the head by a hockey puck without loss of consciousness. Two weeks later he developed left frontal and retro-orbital headache, blurred vision, and diplopia.
Pathology Pseudolymphoma; Monomorphic lymphoid infilitrate mixed with regions of polymorphic cells.
Disease/Diagnosis Orbital pseudotumor with cavernous sinus extension
Clinical VA: 20/20 OU; Motility of the left eye restricted in all fields of gaze.
Presenting Symptom Headache; Blurred vision; Diplopia
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Surgery; Corticosteroids
