A 37-year-old female with a 6-week history of diplopia, nausea and headache. Previous history significant for migraine with occasional aura and minor head trauma as a child. |
Pathology |
Brachium mass consisting of inflammatory infiltrates compsed of T cells, B cells and macrophages. |
Disease/Diagnosis |
Isolated CNS lymphomatoid granulomatosis (LYG) lesion presenting as diplopia |
Clinical |
Right esotropia; Acuity reduced to persistent nystagmus in all direction of gaze. |
