Pathology Cerebral and cerebellar atrophy indicative of spongiform encephalopathy.
Disease/Diagnosis Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease
Clinical VA: 20/50 OD, 20/70 OS; Color plates: 7/14 OU
Presenting Symptom Dimming vision OS; Green-tinged images OU
