Disease/Diagnosis Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the orbital apex
Clinical VA: CF at 3' OD, 20/20 OS; RAPD OD
Presenting Symptom Blurred vision OD: Headache
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Corticosteroids; Surgery; XRT
