Disease/Diagnosis Bilateral paraneoplastic optic neuropathy due to CV2-autoantibodies associated with small cell lung cancer
Clinical VA: Best corrected, 20/200 OU; Color plates: 5/15 OD, 8/15 OS; Optic nerve heads demonstrated diffuse edema
Presenting Symptom Visual loss with transient visual obscurations OU
Neuroimaging N/A
Treatment Antineoplastic agents; XRT
