Disease/Diagnosis Occipital hemorrhagic infarctions and abcesses from aspergillus endocarditis associated with aspergillus spondvlodiscitis.
Clinical VA: 20/20 OU; Left Horner syndrome
Presenting Symptom Bilateral loss of vision; Right hemiparesis; Diffuse cognitive impairment
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Antifungal agents
