Description All division research and administrative staff, faculty, and fellows, were invited to participate in a movement challenge to increase their weekly steps from baseline. The challenge was held over six-weeks from January 13, 2025, to March 2, 2025, with an additional week for baseline data. 32 participants reported data for at least 4 out the 6 weeks (the minimum criteria set for WellU eligibility). 82.9% (29/35) participants met the target increase of 30% from their average weekly steps at baseline (at any weekly period during the challenge). Over the 6 weeks, participants averaged a 42% increase in their average weekly steps from baseline. As a group, the targeted 5% increase was met every week of the challenge.
