Abstract Mr. Jesse Garcia moved to the Ogden area with his family, as a baby. As a young child he began doing farm work in the area. Later, he graduated from Utah State University in Sociology, and proceeded to work with many different human service organizations. He was elected a member of the Ogden City Council, and served there from 1994-2010. He talks about different senior programs and youth programs he's been involved with over the years, and his passion for social service.
