Oral History Interview by Ken Verdoia with Donald Nakahata. Doctor Nakahata was a ten year old boy living in San Francisco with his family at the time of the relocation. Relocated to Topaz, he spent the war years as a elementary school student. He left the camp with family members for temporary settlement in the east, returning to California to attend college. |
