Description |
Union Depot, Ogden, railway passenger station. The old board walk can be seen in the right foreground of this picture of the old Union Depot which was taken circa 1880-1890. There was very little greenery in the area at that time which may have been due to the keen competition the railroad was bucking at the time, such as the mule-drawn street car which can be seen in the foreground. |
Comment |
This depot was destroyed by fire in 1923 and a new one built, which still stands. |
