Description This depot belonged to the Utah Central Railroad formed by the consolidation of John W. Young's three railroads, the Salt Lake & Fort Douglas, the Salt Lake & Eastern, and the Utah Western, in 1890. (The other U.C.R.R. having been consolidated into the Oregon Short Line in 1889.) This structure was originally built for the Salt Lake & Fort Douglas Railroad.
