Description The first Manti City Council Hall, photo taken in 1920. It was known as the Church Building Council House. It was used as a chapel for fifty years, also used as a school, theater, and a place for civic gatherings. It was built in 1855-56 near Temple Hill in Manti, Utah. Left to right: Mayor W. B.
