Mary Ann Angell Young, married Brigham Young on 18 February 1834. Angell was Brigham's second wife (after the death of his first wife Miriam Work) and they were married before Brigham began to practice polygamy. She was known as "Mother Young" and was supportive and kind to all of Brigham's families. |
