Description The occurrence of pituitary-hypothalamic injuries with chiasmal trauma is well-recognized but the symptoms are often not clinically suspected. Some of the symptoms of hypogonadism have been attributed to the persistent post-concussive syndrome especially since the symptoms of hypogonadism can be delayed in onset after trauma.
