Charles James Nabors was Utah's delegate for the Committee on Credentials of the 1968 Democratic National Convention, and bore a testimony before the Commission on Party Structure and Delegate Selection. Charles James Nabors was an associate professor of anatomy at the University of Utah College of Medicine who served as assistant dean for minority affairs. |
