Leber Hereditary Optic Neuropathy (LHON) is a blinding orphan disease leading to bilateral vision loss. Lenadogene nolparvovec (rAAV2/2-ND4) is a gene therapy developed for the treatment of LHON caused by a mutation in the ND4 gene. |
