A 66-year old female with sudden oblique double vision, isolated left IV nerve palsy and bilateral peripheral vestibular dysfunction. Previous history significant for hypertension, colonic polyps and degenerative joint disease of the spine which required several surgeries.
Pathology
Focal and neurologic deficits caused from adverse effects of iophendylate deposition.
