The construction of the Flaming Gorge Dam and Cart Creek Bridge are complete. The water of the Green River is backing up to make the Reservoir. It will back up into the Canyon where the Cart Creek Bridge crosses and with that bridge access it is possible to cross and then come down to the Dam site. |
