Cutler Plant… here the well-worked waters of the Bear River do their final power producing job before flowing into Great Salt Lake. During irrigation season, Cutler, located in northern Utah, is held for emergencies while most of the water is diverted onto farmlands. it has a capacity of 30,000 kilowatts.
