Description Dr. Dunn was born in Carlsbad, New Mexico in 1937. Dr Dunn received his B.A. from Texas Christian University. Dr Dunn received his M.D. from Baylor in 1963. Dr Dunn completed his internship at Ben Taub General Hospital 1963-1964 and his residency in orthopedic surgery at Baylor Affiliated Hospitals. He became Professor of Surgery at the University of Utah in 1971. Dr Dunn served as Chair of the Department of Orthopedics from 1982-2007. Dr Dunn was the first recipient of the Louis S. Peery, M.D., Presidential Endowed Chair in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Utah.
