Description With the advanced tool to visualize the capillary network in the retina, a direct assessment of tissue perfusion can be done. This provides a unique opportunity to revisit the possibility of establishing the link between the eye and brain in the microvasculature. This study aimed to determine the relationship between retinal capillary perfusion density (CPD) and cerebral blood flow (CBF) in healthy adults.
