Description Chordomas are a type of rare malignant tumor that can involve the skull base and spinal cord. Skull base chordomas, specifically involving the clivus, can present with diplopia due to their anatomic location. Our study examines patients with clival chordomas and risk factors predicting diplopia in the post-resection period.
