Subacute Bilateral Vision Loss

A 54-year-old woman presents with bilateral central visual loss. Pertinent medical history along with neuro-ophthalmic examination and consideration were able to identify the source of vision loss. Appropriate medical management allowed for a return of favorable visual acuity endpoint.
