Leber's (LHON), toxic and nutritional visual loss and ethambutol toxicity are but a few examples of a general rubic of optic nerve diseases, which have very similar features. Each is characterized by symptoms of decreased visual acuity, dyschromatopsia, central visual field defects, and the selective loss of the papillomacular bundle. |
