Description Ocular hypotony is a rare manifestation of giant cell arteritis (GCA) which is not well-documented in the literature. We present an 83-year-old Caucasian female presenting with a progressive right periorbital ache and visual loss over one week. She also complained of hip and shoulder pain which she attributed to a motor vehicle accident five months prior to presentation.
