Pathology Foamy eosinophilic cytoplasm in fibrillary stroma.
Disease/Diagnosis Langerhans cell histicytosis (Histiocytosis X)
Clinical Pinpoint reactive pupils; Horizontal gaze palsy; Asymmetric bobbing
Presenting Symptom Abnormal eye movements

Treatment Surgery; XRT; Diuretic agents; Corticosteroids
