Description Low-grade Osteosarcoma is a rare entity that usually occurs on long bones and often has misleading radiographic and histopathologic findings that initially lead to misdiagnosis in 32-66% of cases1,2. Here we present a patient whose histopathologic findings and clinical course differed significantly.
