The occurrence of homonomous hemianopia in congenital porencephalic cysts associated with band atrophy is well established. A 39 year old female with a history of "cerebral palsy" was evaluated for optic disc pallor OS. The patient noticed decreased left-sided peripheral vision for several years. |
