Disease/Diagnosis Pseudotumor cerebri syndrome secondary to sphenoid sinus and jugular vein compromise by cholesterol granuloma
Clinical VA: 20/200 OD, 20/20 OS. Color plates: 0/14 OD, 9/14 OS
Presenting Symptom Loss of vision OD; Headache; Bilateral optic disc edema
