These photographs were taken for the 1940-1941 edition of the Uintah High School Yearbook. They are located on page 34. NOTE: the pages 33-35 were printed in reverse order and were bound in the book that way. This page documents the junior students graduating the next year in 1942. The photograph in the center near the top of the page is of an unidentified boy working on an automobile. The title of the photo is "Spark plugs need cleaning, too". The photo on the right is of an unidentified girl leaning over something she is cooking. She may possibly be Marion Preas or Corrine Tyzack? The title of the photo is "Yes, I can cook". The photo nearest the bottom left corner is of three boys working machinery. From left to right: unidentified boy, unidentified boy, and unidentified boy. The photo title is: "Seeing is believing". |
