Disease/Diagnosis Septic cavernous sinus thrombosis secondary to ontogenic infection
Clinical VA: 20/30 OD, 20/25 OS; Normal color vision
Presenting Symptom Peri-orbital pain OD with periorbital ecchymosis and conjunctival chemosis
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Anti-bacterial agents
