34 y/o woman, blind severely amblyopic in right eye since birth. At age 29 while 7 months pregnant she had a single spell, 20 minutes long of right hemiparesis. Four years ago developed 2 day right sided throbbing headachedx migraine. Left retroorbital headaches for two years and daily for the last 6 months. She had a three month history of left eye gray curtain lasting about one minute. One per week at the beginning but 2-3 times daily lasting up to 15 minutes lately. Also had bright spots in the center of the left visual field moving to the periphery for 15-20 minutes that broke up into bright sparkles. |
