The University of Utah School of Medicine will celebrate its 50th anniversary and honor the class of 1944-the first men and women to receive their complete medical training in Utah. Twelve of the surviving 18 members will be on hand to receive Distinguished Alumni awards, which will be presented at an awards banquet on Friday, May 6, at the Marriott Hotel during the medical school's alumni weekend. |
