Description Idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) may result in optic nerve fiber loss and even atrophy. The exact timing of the optical coherence tomography (OCT) indices nadir and the factors that predict the patient's outcome are unknown. We intended to determine the nadir timing and the factors that affect the nadir retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness values.
