Description Weight loss of 3-6% has been associated with the resolution of papilledema and improvement in other symptoms of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH).[1] However, patients with IIH often do not meet with a dietician and are unsuccessful at losing weight. We hypothesized that having a registered dietician (RD) provide nutrition recommendations during eye appointments would enable patients to meet with a dietician and lose weight.
