Description Person-first language (PFL) is an important tool to reduce stigma. However, PFL is not routinely used across the scientific literature - particularly in patients with overweight or obesity. We conducted a literature review to identify the prevalence of non-PFL use in Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH), a condition characterized by increased intracranial pressure, where elevated BMI is the main risk factor.
