Description Pseudotumor cerebri (PC) consists of increased intracranial pressure without hydrocephalus, masses, or abnormal cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Symptoms include headache, papilledema with potential vision loss, transient visual obscurations (TVO), and abducens nerve palsy. We present a case of secondary PC following jugular vein ligation resulting in dural AVF and venous hypertension.
