This paper describes a follow-up study of 42 subjects with factitious visual loss seen at the University of Iowa from 1973 to 1979. The study was done from 1979 to 1981, and the results were published in 1983. The principle investigator was Roger Kathol, an internist and psychiatrist who has devoted his career to psychosomatic medicine. |
