Description Headache is the most common symptom of IIH. The IIHTT prospectively enrolled 165 participants with mild visual field loss to assess whether acetazolamide (ACZ) plus dietary management was superior to placebo (PBO) tablets plus dietary management in improving visual function [1]. We report the headache outcomes of participants in the IIHTT.
