Description Pseudotumor cerebri (PTC) is a syndrome characterized by symptoms of increased intracranial pressure including headache, photophobia, blurred vision, nausea, and vomiting. A gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist, leuprolide acetate which is; typically used in the treatment of female sterility and prostate cancer, has been reported to be associated with PTC. We present the fifth report of PTC associated with leuprolide, discuss the potential mechanisms for increased ICP, and to our knowledge this is the first reported case of leuprolide associated PTC after treatment for gynecologic malignancy.
