Description Vertical double vision is a commonly encountered complaint in neuro-ophthalmic practice. Previous studies have reported on the causes of vertical double vision, but none have detailed the clinical features of a consecutive series of patients. We hypothesized that through chart review we could identify a paradigm for evaluating and diagnosing patients presenting with this chief complaint.
