Pathology Foster-Kennedy Syndrome
Disease/Diagnosis Right fronto-parietal meningioma with secondary left optic neuropathy due to compression by displaced brain tissue
Clinical VA: Best corrected, 20/25 OD, CF OS; RAPD OS
Presenting Symptom loss of vision OS
