History A 24-year old female with complaints of dizziness was given a Scopolamine patch. One week later, she had behavioral changes with ataxia. Scopolamine was discontinued but symptoms continued to worsen with lethargy, slurred speech, tearfulness and threats of suicide and homicide.
Pathology Small vessel vasculitis; Inflammatory infiltrates of lymphocytes and macrophages
Disease/Diagnosis CNS vasculitis
Clinical Neurological deficits; Behavioral abnormalities

Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Steroids; Oral antineoplastic agents
