EM(B)R MediGarden: Take care of a virtual plant by taking care of yourself. Taking medications on time gives players water, which they can use to care for their plant. Plants grow daily as users care for them. Neglecting plants causes them to wilt. Overview: Electronic Medical Records (EMR)-integration; Android OS compatible via Unity 3D; Patient-facing; Micro-engagements; Zen/positive psychology; Accommodates as few or as many meds as desired; Customizable notifications; Functionality for patients to call doctor/pharmacy; Interoperability with different EMR systems; Gamification: Badge system; Prize wheel with exciting and fun decorations and customizations; Customizable plant, flower pot, and room appearances; Score tracking through basic metrics system.
