Towards taking responsibility more seriously

A philosophical query into the freedom and subsequent responsibility of humankind. Beginning with psycho-social issues and graduating to philosophical issues, the main thesis lies in the aspect of personal responsibility. Questions discussed are as follows;; What does it mean to be free? Is mankind free? If mankind is free then is mankind responsible for his actions? What factors may influence mankind's decisions? Are these factors sufficient to merit deviant behavior? Concluding with a firm treatise of personal responsibility while recognizing the significant factors which influence mankind.
