Description |
All people eventually face illness and death. Lower social status and poverty may produce greater disease risks and vulnerabilities than does the style of life characteristic of the affluent classes. This paper will discuss the evidence which relates to the closeness of this relationship. It will first focus on the social classes and subsequently turn to the question of overall mortality and health. |
