The impact of variable cost accounting on managerial decision-making : a small business application

The thesis of this Senior Honors Project in accounting is that the implementation of relatively unburdensome accounting techniques would prvide invaluable assistance in managerial decision-making and permit even the small businessman to increase significantly his profit margin. The project explores the elements of this thesis by analyzing the potential impact of managerial accounting on one selected small business.
