A 73-year old male with lumbar pain without associated neurologic symptoms. Previous history significant for hypertension, dyslipidemia, ischemic heart disease and sciatica.

Thrombocytopenia; Hypercellular marrow of monomorphic bast cells; Abnormal increase glucose metabolism in bone marrow
Disease/Diagnosis
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with CNS involvement
Clinical
Diplopia; right-side ptosis; ataxia with limb weakness

Diplopia; Lumbar back pain
